Thank you for your service

Am I qualified for Veteran benefits?

You must have served in the active military, naval, or air service and been discharged under conditions other than dishonorable.

There is no minimum length of service required for eligibility, but certain benefits may have additional requirements (e.g., wartime service).

What do I need to proof my veteran status?

Proof of Military Service

  • DD Form 214: This is the most common document used to verify service. It outlines your service history, including dates of service and discharge status.

  • Other Documentation: If the veteran is a member of the National Guard or Reserve, other forms like the NGB Form 22 or a retirement order may be needed.

  • If you do not have or can not find yours or your loved one’s documents you can use this link to search and request one.
